A symbol of change. Not just a change of symbol for the UK’s leading physiotherapy provider.

After a fantastic decade of leading the way in independent physiotherapy and associated services, Ascenti set out to reinvigorate their brand by helping people to elevate their health and live active lives. The organisation — once known as TICCS — now challenges the healthcare market with a dynamic and progressive outset advancing in physical therapies by making them more accessible to all, raising standards and improving methodologies.

With extensive national coverage, Ascenti has over 300 highly trained clinicians delivering upwards of 52,000 treatment sessions every month. Enabling people to make headway after illness and injury, step back into work after accidents, or stay active and keep moving forward in their daily lives.

With so much change — we needed a way to signal what’s new within the service — Ascenti’s new brand identity will signal these changes. So where you see the new look, you’ll experience the latest thinking. Change is afoot at Ascenti, and the new brand launch is already taking effect.

Design is very much at the heart of new thinking. Every customer experience is being deeply considered to ensure every patient and clinician gets the very best out of the brand and any part of the experience.

The brand identity contains a vibrant flowing line that represents the idea of progress. We used the dynamic gradient within the progressive brand identity to house a consistent feel across the brand.

To assist the launch of the new brand, we designed and developed an introductory animation, an online clinician store, branded collateral and large batches of merchandise.

When the animation was presented to the board of Ascenti, it received a spontaneous round of applause! You wouldn’t get that from just a new logo.
